EXCHANGES, REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Do you do refunds?
We do, but only in the following circumstance: the item in question has run out of stock after your online payment has been processed.

Our online operating system does not allow for out-of-stock items to be sold, but should you be able to make payment for an out-of-stock item in the event of a technical difficulty, you will be given a full refund.

What about exchanges and returns?
We do, but only if all the following conditions are fulfilled:
1/ Your items must be unused.
2/ Your items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
3/ Receipt or proof of purchase from https://shop.shentonista.sg/ is provided.
4/ Official proof of the date you received your items (delivery invoices etc) is provided.

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your items. Please note that this duration is inclusive of the time that your parcel will take to reach us. We will send you a confirmation email with further details once we have received your package.

Please take note that returned items that reach us either in unsuitable condition, or which do not fulfil all the conditions stated above will be shipped back to you, with no refund given.

My items have arrived damaged. What can I do?
For Shentonista Wares, we will gladly replace the items if they are defective or damaged within their original packaging. If this happens, please email us with clear photos of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your items, along with a copy of your postal/delivery invoice for our reference.

For Shentonista Restyled, please note that the items sold are pre-loved and may show signs of wear and tear. When applicable, these have been indicated under each of the item's description, and by purchasing the product, you acknowledge and accept these minor defects. If there are defects that were not originally indicated on the site, please email us with clear photos of the defects within 24 hours of receiving your items, along with a copy of your postal/delivery invoice for our reference.

SHIPPING MATTERS

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do.

How are your shipping rates calculated?
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at the point of checkout, based on the address you provide. 

All shipping for orders outside of Singapore are calculated based on a flat rate, and will be included in the total amount payable at checkout.

How long will my items take to arrive?
For local orders, please allow for 3 - 5 working days.
For international orders, please allow for 7 - 25 working days.
You will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel here.

How can I be sure my items will get to me?
We only ship items via registered mail, regardless of destination. If you have not received your package and suspect that it's been lost, please do not hesitate to e-mail us for help.
